Back in 2004 the Beastie Boys performed at the Amsterdam Arena with Talib Kweli as support. I had met Kweli a few times previously at Mr Bongo and Fat Beats.
Due to a mix up at the airport he lost his records and needed some instrumentals for the gig. Luckily myself and Mr Wix had a lot of his 12’s so we hooked him up and I was able to go back stage at the gig.
In return Kweli gave me a shoutout and this set list (below) written by him. I hope his handwriting has improved as I originally thought it was written by a child.
